Our 3-star<\/strong><\/mark> campsite Bijou du Doubs<\/strong> is located in Lays-sur-le-Doubs in the Bresse Bourguignonne<\/strong>, one of the most beautiful areas of the Bourgogne Franche-Comt\u00e9 region, in the heart of a nature reserve (<\/mark>Zone Natura 2000<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is in a fantastic location directly on the river Doubs<\/strong> with a total of 67 pitches on 2,1ha, 55 of which are large and mostly shaded pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, as well as eight rental accommodations.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our campsite is open from mid-April to the end of September <\/mark>(opening hours)<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>\u2013 a paradise especially for <\/mark>anglers<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> <\/mark>and <\/mark>birdwatchers<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>, but also for families<\/strong> and anyone looking for peace and quiet<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 2022 season, a new <\/mark>sanitary building<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> <\/mark>and a new wheelchair-accessible sanitary room have been put into operation.<\/mark>
And for the 2026 season, an 18kW photovoltaic system<\/strong> with 32kWh battery storage was installed to reduce our carbon footprint. This has enabled us to keep electricity prices stable for our guests again this year.<\/mark>

Our site is strategically located<\/strong> for all those who want to spend their holidays on the Mediterranean Sea<\/strong> or the Atlantic Ocean<\/strong>. We are situated between Dole and Chalon-sur-Sa\u00f4ne, about 19km from the A36 motorway (distances between our campsite and the sea\/ocean as well as some European cities can be found <\/mark>here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>). This makes our „jewel“ the perfect place to stay on your way to the sea or ocean. But be careful, once you get here you just might stay for<\/mark> two or three nights \u2026<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our site offers 55 mainly shaded <\/strong><\/mark>pitches<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> <\/strong><\/mark>of approx. 80-140m2<\/sup><\/strong> for caravans, motorhomes and tents. Here<\/mark><\/a><\/strong><\/mark> you can find pictures of the pitches.<\/mark>
In addition, rental accommodations \u2013 six <\/mark>mobile homes<\/mark><\/a><\/strong> <\/mark>and two <\/mark>wooden chalets<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>\u2013 are available for your holiday.<\/mark>

Dogs are welcome <\/strong>on our site and also in the rental accommodation. Out of consideration for other camping guests, please always keep your dog on a lead outside your pitch.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n
